Description:

This research has produced two learning tools in the form of teaching aids (Edukit 4.0), where this demonstration consists of two main parts, namely, software and hardware. Students can do practical activities using smartphones. These activities include access to e-job sheets and practicum. However, the use of edukit and smartphones must be done in sync.
These smart apps function as an interface for students and teachers in practical activities with the concept of education 4.0. Students can access e-job sheets via their smartphones and make observations of voltage, current and electrical power on educational devices

Test:

Edukit 4.0 was tested at Junior High Schools

Findings:

The Edukit 4.0 device that was developed has been tested in several junior high schools in the city of Malang.
In the graph (the results of the survey on grades and student interest in practicum activities using the developed Edukit 4.0 ) it appears that the grade of the group of students who practicum using Edukit 4.0 is better than the group of students without Edukit 4.0 . Student interest in this modern model is very high, reaching 85%.

This Edukit 4.0 has been successfully developed and has been piloted in secondary schools. The test is carried out in a similar manner by comparing the improvement of students’ skills before and after the treatment. Quite encouraging results have been obtained that an increase in grade and student interest has become more superior than before being subjected to treatment.
